Protect your business with Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
Does your business have remote workers accessing sensitive data outside of the office? Do they only use a password that can be guessed, shared or stolen? If you answered yes to both those questions then you should consider 2FA.
What is 2FA?
2FA is a secure login which doubly protects confidential data. An authentication device, a token, is used in conjunction with a unique 4 to 8 digit PIN that only you know is used to log on to your system. The token generates one time passwords (OTP) that can only be used once.
An example of 2FA which you use regularly is a bank card and a PIN.
What does 2FA protect?

Benefits to Businesses:

· The people accessing data are who they say they are

· Allows employees to work remotely securely
· Demonstrates to clients that you are doing your utmost to protect their valuable data
